What to Expect at the Wellness, Body, Mind & Spirit Expo
Expect a two-day holistic wellness event on Nov 14 and 15, 2026, 10am to 4pm, at the Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront. Admission is $5 per day or $9 for both days (cash only; veterans and kids free) and includes free presentations and hands-on experiences.
What is included with admission
Your ticket includes free presentations by life enhancement specialists, plus hands-on experiences such as Zumba Gold, chair yoga, Thai yoga, sound baths and Reiki.

The expo lists regenerative medicine, doctors and chiropractors, Reiki and acupuncture, natural healing, health, fitness and nutrition, gemstones, crystals and jewelry, essential oils and blends, natural and organic products, beauty, skin and body care, and psychics, readers and palmistry.
Plan your visit
